We launched our entrepreneur conversation series in the offices of DOWN TO EARTH MARKETS,on Main Street Ossining. CHIP COHEN OF MELROSE LUMBER & HARDWARE and JUSTINE LACKEY, FOUNDER OF GOODCENTS BOOKKEEPING, led a thought provoking and stimulating conversation, sharing their experiences about how they started and have grown their businesses. We talked about the importance of taking action, of being prepared to be wrong, of learning from mistakes, and of creating environments in which colleagues and employees feel comfortable expressing themselves.  Thanks Justine and Chip.
