Rochelle Udell will be leading our next Meet the Entrepreneur Next Door event with a conversation about The Power of the Brand. Rochelle practices as a Creative Marketing Consultant, who is also a renowned Creative Director, an artist and entrepreneur. At her induction into the Creative Art Director's Hall of Fame, she was introduced as "a creative director whose mission it to change the world by changing how we see it". We launched our entrepreneur conversation series in the offices of DOWN TO EARTH MARKETS,on Main Street Ossining. CHIP COHEN OF MELROSE LUMBER & HARDWARE and JUSTINE LACKEY, FOUNDER OF GOODCENTS BOOKKEEPING, led a thought provoking and stimulating conversation, sharing their experiences about how they started and have grown their businesses. OSSINING COMMUNITY IDEATES HEALTH AND WELLNESS needs/opportunities

We held an Ossining Health and Wellness Ideation session facilitated by Alejandro Crawford, a well-recognized leader in the field of entrepreneurship and academic scholar. Alejandro and his team from Acceleration Group provided leadership, facilitation and synthesis for an inspiring community conversation about how entrepreneurship skills and mindset could impact health and wellness in the Ossining community. Our session brought together professionals from the Open Door Family Health Center Community with a diverse group of Ossining residents, including patients, providers and the rest of us. We identified community needs/opportunities in the health and wellness space. Alejandro recently gave an inspiring TED Talk on entrepreneurship.
